Having a party in your own backyard is a great way to enjoy a great time with family and friends. Below are a few simple things you can do to help ensure your party will go smoothly and be enjoyed by everyone.

Pick a Theme Party:

Choosing a specific theme for your party is a great way to make your event stand out. These party themes are easy to pull off and won't break the bank. Coordinated lines, decor elements and entertainment offered.

Use Buffet Tables & Candy/Dessert Tables:

Everyone will enjoy a great buffet and an amazing dessert table. We can help with planning and setting-up the tables, adding decorations and creating wonderful candy buffets.

Offering Entertainment:

A party is not a party without music and fun! We bring the fun to you, so you always keep your little guests entertained by providing a great bouncer or a waterslide to cool off during hot summer months! We work with different companies in our area so we can connect you with balloon twisters, face painters or characters!

Plan for Bad Weather:

We always advise our customer to plan ahead for bad weather and have a back-up plan. Rain can ruin a party so be prepared. Always rent a tent in case you're not sure!

Safety & Rules

  • Adult supervision is required at all times! Do not enter otherwise!

  • Always remove your shoes and any sharp objects like belt buckles, jewelry and eye glasses before entering any inflatable.

  • Slides are one-way! One up, one down, no exceptions! Do not go up the slide and down the ladder. This is for your safety.

  • No food, beverages or pets allowed in any inflatable. No other equipment on slides. Correct sliding method is seated, feet in front of you. DO NO slide head first! Clear the slide immediately after each slide to avoid accidents.

  • Do not get the inflatable wet. Water hoses, buckets of water and wet swimming suits are not allowed on dry slides. There is a $150.00 charge for any inflatable that gets wet. Also, there is a cleaning fee of $50.00 if you get the equipment dirty.

  • No tumbling, flipping, wresting, chasing , or piling on others.

  • No rough play inside the inflatable units and keep away from netting.

  • No unevenly matched users (keep children the same age/height in groups).

  • Do not enter an inflatable if you are pregnant or have any physical problems.

  • Do not play near the entrance or exit. Do not jump against, climb, or play near the slides or walls.

  • Use common sense when allowing people to enter the inflatable. Don't over crowd the unit and remember that small children can be thrown if larger people are bouncing in the same area. If the inflatable has a slide, make sure the users are are coming down the slide and not a lot of people congregating at the top of the slide (it is possible to tip the slide over if this rule is not enforced).

  • Always keep the inflatable staked down or use sandbags (we will set the unit up and make sure it is properly staked down when we deliver). If a heavy wind comes up, deflate the unit until it passes.

  • Do not use inflatables during inclement weather like rain, hale or winds over 15 mph. If wind or rain starts, keep calm. Make sure everyone exits unit and turn off blower switch off. Unplug blower and cover with plastic. We will provide a tarp or cover equipment in case of rain.

  • Keep children away from electrical outlets, extension cords, generators, blowers or other rental equipment.

  • Please follow our contract instructions in regards to maximum weight and number of players per each unit.

  • Follow the rules and have fun!

Rental Policies & Agreements


Payment and Cancellation Policies:

All reservations must be secured with a non-refundable deposit of $75.00  for tents and tent packages, for the inflatables we offer 24 hours written cancellation notice due only to high winds/ storms or heavy rains. Personal checks my be accepted for payment if received at least 14 days prior to event. Online orders require a credit card deposit. All balances must be paid prior to delivery-unless agreed to in writing. Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to event date will receive a credit to be used 1 year from event date. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to event date shall result in a forfeiture of the amounts paid by Customer.

Inclement Weather:

In the event of strong winds, heavy rain and other weather conditions that may be unsafe to equipment or participants, our company reserves the right to cancel or suspend services. If our company cancels the services prior to arriving at the event, the customer will receive a full credit for amounts paid which will be valid for 1 year from the event date. We highly recommend that our clients have an alternate, undercover or indoor plan in case of inclement weather. We will call the morning of the set-up if inclement weather is announced. If you need to cancel, please do so 24-hours before.


Equipment Set-Up:

We can set-up units on concrete or grass. If you advise us to set-up on grass, we are not responsible for lawn damage. Operator will set-up and pick-up equipment. It's our drivers responsibility to properly set-up and anchor the equipment. We recommend before signing contract to inspect equipment for damages/malfunctions. We cannot set-up waterslide near pools or other water sources. 

Delivery and Pick-Up:

Delivery starts as early as 7:00am and pick-up time as late as 11:00pm. For deliveries and pick-ups from parks, we may charge an extra fee (we can provide a generator). Each inflatable ride requires at least one standard 110v outlet within 70 feet of each inflatable blower. We allow customers to pick-up concessions, furniture or lines. Some Inflatables are not available for pick-up.
